Tax & Small Business Team – Up to £24k pa dependent on experience
Are you looking to develop your career within personal and business tax?
We are looking for a Tax Assistant to assist our Small Business team in delivering a high quality compliance and tax advisory service to clients. Reporting and working closely with the Client Tax Manager, you will be responsible for preparing for review tax returns, sole trader accounts, P11d’s. In addition, assisting with setting up payroll with our payroll provider, and dealing with payroll queries.
You will have good practical experience of preparing sole trader accounts, personal tax returns and payroll. Excellent communication skills are essential along with a passion for delivering outstanding client service. A desire to use technology to add value to clients, improve efficiency is also important and ideally you will have experience of Xero.
Experience of working in practice is important and it is beneficial if you have started or completed a professional qualification such as ATT or AAT.
